People should not conduct experiments on animals

Animal experimentation is not new and the problems have existed for years . The ethical dilemma in animal experiments is related to the position of values. On one hand, there is the attempt of the sensitivity of the animals and the possibility of the  damage they may suffer in the experiment itself. On the other hand, there is the need for these experiments, which are vital for the protection of humans, including,  health and safety of the animals themselves. The use of animals for experimentation should not proceed because it is cruel, it is just fashion, it is not ethical.

Animals feel pain and killing  them is not justified;  in a moral concept and like a  human  being, animals have rights. Any  analysis of the use of laboratory animals should consider scientific justification, and must be a need to use to achieve the intended purpose.  This requires determining whether investigation can be satisfactorily achieved by non-animal experimentation or other alternatives. Suffering also must be valued. The solution is to allow the same pain as we would allow humans who can not decide by  themselves, that could be no  pain at all.

In the case of fashion , it is unnecesary to prove Cosmetics and other products in animals like rabbits. The industry of the Cosmetics, perfums and cleaning products has a lot of products that before being used by  humans  were prove on animals. The kind of reaction for the product, and if it was allergic or produce tissue damage is determined by the use of the product on animals. Pain, stress and death of an animal is not worth the money or the fame that beauty and cleaning products have. Foundations  against  the use of animals are fighting  to  not use products testing in animals to avoid  this happens.

Testing drugs and medicines on animals to save people’s life in not ethic. In research to discover the cure or the treatment for any illness, animals were used toprove their reaction, symptoms and adverse effects of possible cures. Those  research studies were wrong ethically, because how could we justify the dead of one life in exchange for another life. From my point of view,  the animal life has rights to not suffer.

Although science has evolved, the use of animals in experiments is not yet over. In some developed countries testing or analysis to measure effects of chemicals, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products is still carried out. By using products tested on animals, we will be supporting this market.The mistreatment of animals includes reducing their chances and quality of life. Change and awareness of these actions and promote laws to eliminate this practice are necessary.
